Konstantine Dimakis,
Executive Chairman

Konstantine E. Dimakis currently serves as Executive Chairman of SilkPort Capital Management Corp.
Mr. Dimakis also serves as Executive Chairman of First National Assurance & Guaranty Corp, President and Chairman of SilkRidge Capital Partners, Inc., Chairman of FNAG Canada Corp, and Executive Manager of SilkRidge Capital Management, LLC.
Mr. Dimakis has served as Chairman of FSCM Bank, as a Director and Chairman of First European Capital Corporation, Hypobache AGBH and, most recently, as co-Chairman and President of Capital 1 Corp. He serves or has served, as a Director on the Boards of many companies including Zucher SauB, Mirabaud, Clariden Bach, Coutts BACB, Sarasin, Aufthauser and Bauman Cieb. From 1995 through 2002, Mr. Dimakis served as Vice-Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Corporation. Prior to 1995, he served as Executive Vice-President and General Counsel for Heritage Corporation and in various executive positions in Heritage’s subsidiaries and associated companies, including Webco Europe, Allied Capital, Beckwith, Elmtree International and Downsworth.

Marc J. Gold,
Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman

Marc J. Gold currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of SilkPort Capital Management Corp.
Mr. Gold also serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of First National Assurance & Guaranty Corp, as well as CEO and a Director of SilkPort Capital Management Partners, Inc., and Executive Manager of SilkRidge Capital Management, LLC.
Mr. Gold is a founding partner of the American Home Recovery Fund and serves as its President. Mr. Gold is a 22-year veteran of the real estate and financial services industry. He was founder, President and Chairman of Loanisland, an independent mortgage bank licensed in over 28 states which originated and sold over $3 billion in residential and commercial mortgages. In 2004, Loanisland was ranked 28th largest in the United States. He was also the co-founder, CEO and a Director of ipayOne, Inc, a San Diego, California based real estate firm that launched an innovative discount model which propelled the company to the 12th largest in its county in its first 18 months, selling over 1,800 properties. ipayOne was a 2005 Inman innovator award finalist in their first year. Mr. Gold is a US Navy veteran.

Clifford W. Lloyd,
Chief Administrations Officer and Director

Clifford W. Lloyd currently serves as Chief Administrations Officer and a Director of SilkPort Capital Management Corp.
Clifford Lloyd also serves as a Director of First National Assurance & Guaranty Corp, and in the executive position of Chief Legal and Relations Officer. Mr. Lloyd also serves as a Director of FNAG Canada Corp, as a Director and Chief Administrations Officer of SilkRidge Capital Partners, Inc., and Executive Manager of SilkRidge Capital Management, LLC.
Mr. Lloyd is a licensed Attorney in the USA and a member of the MA Bar association and also a licensed barrister & solicitor in Canada and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
For over 22 years, Mr. Lloyd has advised and represented financial institutions and corporations worldwide on issues including corporate governance, complex corporate transactions, and capital markets offerings, including IPOs and debt issues. In addition, Mr. Lloyd has served as a director and in various corporate legal, compliance and regulatory positions in companies including First Security Capital, Concurrent Technologies, Yazoo Waters, Richard’s Fine Chocolates, Water Grove and Associated Solutions.

Alexander Bishop,
Chief Operations Officer and Director

Alexander Bishop serves as Chief Operations Officer and a Director of SilkPort Capital Management Corp.
Mr. Bishop also serves as Vice-President of Business Development at SilkRidge Capital Partners, Inc., and as Vice-President of FNAG Canada Corp.
Mr. Bishop has extensive experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning. Mr. Bishop has proven track record of accomplishments with multi-stakeholders in developing team-based approaches to solve complicated problems with non-linear solutions. He also has a track-record of helping companies embrace change through his strong people skills, proven leadership skills, problem solving and decision making abilities and with an eye for the bottom-line. Mr. Bishop founded, grew and exited a Medical Tech Company for 5x EBITDA within 24 months at the same time as developing a sales system that is currently being used by Canada’s Premier Private Medical Clinics. Mr. Bishop owned and operated Canada’s largest out-sourced personal training company and developed a marketing strategy that has become the industry standard in Healthcare clinics. Mr. Bishops core competencies include: business modelling, information technology, business development, business valuation, financial reporting, internet marketing, relationship Management and strategic planning.

Deepak Sudera,
Chief Business and Chief Investor Relations Officer

Deepak Sudera currently serves as Chief Business and Chief Investor Relations Officer of SilkPort Capital Management.
Deepak Sudera has served Eton Capital, located in the City of London England, as Founder and Senior Managing Partner since its inception in January 2012.
Prior to Eton Capital, Mr. Sudera served as a Senior Partner of a New York Investment Bank responsible for managing large scale project funding and capital raises for direct investments throughout Asia, Europe, Africa and USA. With over 15 years of experience in Equity, Debt and Hybrid transactions, Mr. Sudera has immeasurable experience in capital raising through a variety of investor sources covering the four corners of the globe.
Mr. Sudera’s vast experience and knowledge of various jurisdictions has enabled him to serve his various international clientele, which include clients in Asset Management, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, for the purpose of creating Investment Vehicles and Direct Investments through to vertical markets from SME to globally structured corporations and conglomerates.

Alexander Mouriopoulos,
Executive Vice President – Marketing and Investor Relations (American Markets)

Alexander Mouriopoulos currently serves as Executive Vice President – Marketing and Investor Relations (American Markets) for SilkPort Capital Management Corp.
Alexander Mouriopoulos worked closely with Mr. Dimakis in various executive positions at FSCM Bank and at Capital 1 Corporation. For over 20 years, Mr. Mouriopoulos has worked in the financial services industry providing expert financial, investment, tax and estate planning advice for advisors and clients of major companies, such as North American Life, Manulife, Empire Life, ING, Transamerica, Canada Life and Equitable Life. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Mr. Mouriopoulos earned his Juris Doctrine and practiced law early in his career, specializing in corporate, commercial, real estate and financing.
Mr. Mouriopoulos has extensive experience in business development and relationship management earning the trust of all those who know him. He has always been a leader in his endeavors due to his strong leadership, excellent communication, and strong people skills. Mr. Mouriopoulos is a team player and a results oriented executive that is able to create a suitable working environment that moves decisions forward. Mr. Mouriopoulos is active in his community serving on numerous community boards and taking on leadership roles in each. He proudly served his country as an officer in the Army Reserves.

Vikas Sharan,
Executive Vice President – Marketing and Investor Relations (Asian Markets)

Vikas Sharan currently serves as Executive Vice President – Marketing and Investor Relations (Asian Markets) for SilkPort Capital Management Corp.
Vikas Sharan has over 20 years of experience in the raising of capital, arrangement and placement of funds through debt, equity, quasi-equity, FCCB, GDR, ECB and through structured finance, executing successfully transactions in excess of $200,000,000. Having earned an MBA in Finance, Mr. Sharan possess extensive knowledge and experience in conducting financial feasibility studies, project valuations, and project appraisals of multi industry projects and structures. Mr. Sharan is a Certified Trained Enterprise Valuation Professional, from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), having more than 15 years of experience in the valuation of enterprises, brands, patents, rights and other intangible assets. Mr. Sharan has held positions with the Government of the State of Bihar, and has served as part of a consortium with KPMG and Dorsche India conducting financial and feasibility studies in the field of alternative power.
Mr. Sharan has obtained immeasurable experience, through his involvement with senior credit professionals with the State Bank of India, conducting direct operations. He currently remains a member on the panel of several banks in India for Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) Study and Valuation.
